POWERS! • You know how, when you clap your hands or stomp your feet, you create ever so slight vibrations? (I dare you not to think of the T-Rex in Jurassic Park) When Kayden concentrates, he can multiply that by about 30. He can create massive shockwaves with minimal effort that can knock people of their feet and shatter objects.
• Can bend and distort the wind around him in a way that sends him soaring into the air. Thus, he can fly for miles and miles on end without emptying his pocketbooks. But, by then end of it, he does get tired.

PERSONALITY ! Kayden tends to get enthusiastic when he likes the sound of something, which generally means he's going to put as much effort into it as physically possible. As long as the people around him are receptive to it, then he can encourage them to do well, too. It doesn't always work, and sometimes he still messes up, but at least he can say he tried his best and that's all he really cares about.
Kayden is almost never late. Mostly because of the accident in the Lotus Hotel and now he's always very conscious of the time, also because he's a little bit paranoid, and as such he manages to keep himself and his friends in good books of Chiron, at least in relation to getting to class. Whether or not anyone is still impressed by what is produced during lessons, however, is an entirely different matter. Kayden also likes to listen to the problems his friends end up having, as he finds it a lot easier to deal with them than his own. His listening abilities also allow him to take good notes, and he's not managed to mess up his revision notes yet.

Kayden wants to do his best, even if it turns out his best isn't all that brilliant. He strives to do well in his Hero classes, and makes the best of it with the friends he does have, hoping that he can make his mom proud now that he's not falling for stupid tricks as of lately. And while he doesn't like to talk to new people because he gets nervous, he does his best to get on with the people he has to work with, live with and see on a daily basis. He's almost always polite, even if he's not really in the mood to be talking to people, and on his better days he actually manages to get up the nerve to go and talk to people. And even if someone spends their days bullying him, Kayden finds it very difficult to hold a grudge. He doesn't really understand why people can't get along with each other, and doesn't like being angry at people; it just makes him feel extremely tired. This could be seen as a positive trait – Kayden simply rarely gets angry at people.

Kayden is a bit paranoid, mostly in regards to how people view him. In all honesty it is a little bit worse than most teenage image issues; he constantly feels like he has to try and impress people, but coupled with his lack of self esteem, he simply ends up running away and falling into a downward spiral of thinking no one likes him. This makes him a bit of an easy target, as he's likely willing to do anything for a person as long as it reassures him that the person likes him. Kayden has low self esteem, partly stemming from the constant nitpicks of his step-brother and his mediocre performance in Mortal schools. He always tries to do his best, but often falls short of the goals he has set (which tend to be a bit too high, in order to try and prove himself to other people), and as such his self esteem issues get worse. And despite thinking no one actually likes him, Kayden can't hold a grudge against people. While this can be considered a positive trait, it also makes him a little bit gullible, as he tries to see the best in people but then fails to realise that not everyone is nice. He often gets bullied and it's the fact he'll still talk to them afterwards that makes him such an easy and interesting target, as well as being easy to manipulate.

While physically a teenager, Kayden appears to have a very young mind and outlook on life as if he were still that 12 year old boy in the Lotus Hotel. This isn't to say he's an idiot, he's just very gullible and a tad bit too nosey for his own good. Occasionally his common sense will prevail, but the need to learn about everything as if he was just an infant often gets him into more trouble than it was worth in the first place. He also often misses things such as sarcasm, or misinterprets statements that are obviously jokes at his expense.[/ul][/size]

Kayden layed on his bed, spread on it with his head dropping off the side and his feet doing the same on the other end. and there he stayed, flopped over like a dead fish, staring at the ceiling. The blood may have rushed to his head, but if it did, he didn't notice. Spiderman, his taranchula, sat on his pillow, asleep, and that was about as much as what went on in the Astrape cabin. The sounds of lightning and thunder sread throughout the cabin, as if it were the Zues cabin, but there was no giant creepy sculpture of anyone in the middle of the place, and bunks were placed in various places around the cabin. It seemed Kayden's was the only one occupied.

He jumped at the voice, causing Spiderman to fly off his pillow and land on the floor on the other side of the room, and boy did he look angry. Kayden's eyes went wide and he looked at the kid. "Holy gods! Don't do that! You scared me and seriously pissed off Spiderman!" He ran to the other side of the room and picked up Spiderman, carrying him over to Kad, before dropping Spiderman on the floor. "Woah. Did they shove Percy Jackson into the Lotus Hotel TOO?!" He might as well have shouted with how loud his voice was.
